Guest Terms & Conditions – Quest Gardens – Eco Resort
Booking & Check-In
1. Check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 12:00 noon
2. Valid photo ID is required for all guests at check-in.
3. Full payment must be completed before or at check-in unless otherwise agreed.
4. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
Stay Policies
5. Smoking is not permitted inside rooms or indoor areas.
6. Alcohol consumption is only allowed in designated areas and in moderation.
7. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM to maintain the peaceful environment.
8. Use of the property is limited to registered guests only unless approved in advance.
Eco Guidelines
9. Please conserve water and electricity – switch off lights, fans, and geysers when not in use.
10. Avoid littering; use waste bins provided for organic and non-organic waste.
11. Do not pick plants or disturb animals in and around the resort.
12. Plastic items, and non-biodegradable materials are to be disposed properly.
Facilities & Safety
13. Use of the swimming pool and farm area is at your own risk. Children must be supervised.
14. Pets are allowed only with prior permission and must be kept leashed.
15. Please report any damage or breakage. Costs may be charged to your account.
16. The resort is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
Cancellations & Refunds
17. Cancellations made 7+ days in advance receive a full refund.
18. Cancellations made 3 to 7 days are subject to a 50% charge.
